Special day arranged for sponsors of the animals – and of course I’m sponsoring the wolves 🙂
A collection of some of the photos I’ve taken in Skånes Djurpark during the last 3 weeks. It’s a really lovely old park dedicated to the preservation of the nordic animals – unfortunately they have huge financial problems at the moment and risk closing in a month 🙁
The pics have been shot with my new cam: Canon EOS 650D and the majority with a 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS II USM I borrowed – I could get used to the weight of it in my own bags 🙂
Pics of wolves are a little blurry – plexiglass and fences are hell to shoot through … but nice to keep them from escaping again 🙂
Visit to Bratskov i northern Jutland, where the past comes to life again.

A few pictures from a roadtrip to the island of Öland. The big house is Solliden – summer residence of the Swedish king.

I’ve been using Adobe Lightroom to manage my photos since the first public beta, but I’ve missed some easy way to enter GPS coordinates into my pictures.
With Adobe Lightroom 4, you just mark the photos you want to embed coordinates in, push the “map” menuitem, and browse the map for the desired location. When you have found the spot, simply right-click and select “Add GPS Coordinates to Selected Photos” – and you’re done!!
When the coordinates are in place, zoom out on the map, and you will see your locations marked on the map 🙂
I decided to install an Asterisk on my home gw/server, and figured that the version via apt-get was waaaaaay to old.
I’m not much of a fan of “polluting” my servers with things compiled from source – makes reinstallation boring. But sometimes there just isn’t much choice.
I found a nice guide for installing Asterisk on squeeze.
For most of the time the guide was fine for Wheezy, but I had to install some additional packages
Just sitting at my computer when Timon wants to be near: time to climb to the top of my chair 😛
A new gallery: Trip to Söderåsen and some more 🙂
Pictures from a small trip round western Skåne – cold but beautiful 🙂
